Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and GPTSignal.

Effective: June 29, 2026

By using GPTSignal, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These Terms govern your access to and use of the GPTSignal service, including the website at gptsignal.co.uk, the entry test we run on your domain, and the optimisation roadmap we deliver afterwards.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for every action performed under it.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and use the service only on domains you own or are authorised to optimise.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
  • By continuing to use the service you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. Scope of service

GPTSignal provides an AI Visibility Sprint for generative AI assistants. We measure how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, DeepSeek and Grok describe a business across the prompts buyers actually type, then deliver a roadmap of business-context, answer wording, citation and structured-data moves that tilt those answers in your favour.

The entry test is a short probe run against the six engines to establish a baseline. The AI Visibility Sprint — the reviewed roadmap, implementation guidance and 30-day re-scan that proves the lift — is what these Terms cover when you place a paid order.

2. Your responsibilities

Account security

Keep your login details confidential and notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for every action performed under your account, including optimisations initiated against domains you do not own (which we do not authorise — see “Prohibited activities” below).

GPTSignal may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or engages in harmful activity.

Acceptable use

You agree to use GPTSignal responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Submit URLs for domains you do not own or do not have written permission to optimise.
  • Use the service to harass, defame or impersonate any person or business.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, other customers' accounts, or third-party services we integrate with.
  • Transmit malicious software, scripts or content through any input field, ticket attachment or webhook endpoint.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any non-open-source component of the service.
  • Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, RPA tools) to interact with the service except through the public APIs we expose for that purpose, with valid credentials and within published rate limits.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the optimisation roadmap without an explicit reseller agreement signed with us.

3. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use GPTSignal for any illegal, harmful or unauthorised purpose — including fraud, harassment, distribution of malicious software, or systematic optimisation of domains belonging to third parties without their consent. GPTSignal reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of these Terms, including immediate suspension, account termination, and notification of competent authorities where required by law.

4. Intellectual property

All content and materials on GPTSignal are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reused without permission. The optimisation methodology, the prompt sets, the scoring rubric and the report templates are proprietary to GPTSignal. The data you submit (your URLs, your order history, your support messages) remains yours; we hold it only as necessary to deliver the optimisation, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

You may use the deliverables we ship inside your organisation, including sharing them with colleagues, agencies and contractors who help you act on the recommendations. You may quote short excerpts in articles, decks and social posts that credit GPTSignal. You may not republish a deliverable in full or in substantial part on any public-facing website, paid newsletter or commercial product without our written permission.

5. Pricing, billing and currency

Optimisations are billed in advance through Stripe. Pricing is published at gptsignal.co.uk/pricing and is currency-aware: the checkout displays the local equivalent in EUR, GBP, USD, CHF and other supported currencies based on your detected location, with the final charge captured in that currency. The reference price may change with at least 14 days' notice; orders already paid are honoured at the price captured at checkout.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Where VAT applies, it is added at the rate of the country of supply. For invoicing, VAT or any billing question, contact [email protected].

6. Delivery timeline

An AI Visibility Sprint is delivered in 2–4 weeks from the moment payment clears and we receive the access we need to start work (target URL, structured data permissions, any reference material you choose to share). The entry test, where included in your order, is delivered the same day in most cases.

If we encounter a delay on our side — for example, an engine outage that prevents a clean baseline — we tell you the same day and ship as soon as the blocker clears. If the delay is on your side (waiting for access or feedback), the clock pauses until the blocker is resolved.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order at any time before delivery. If you cancel before the AI Visibility Sprint work has started, we refund the full amount. If work is already in flight, we refund the portion that has not yet been completed; the completed portion is non-refundable.

For consumers ordering from the EU/UK, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies up to the moment optimisation work begins. By placing an order and ticking the “begin work immediately” box at checkout, you explicitly consent to the work starting before that period ends and accept that the withdrawal right lapses for the work already delivered.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your order reference.

8. Service availability

GPTSignal strives to deliver a reliable service. We publish a transparent Service Status page with live probe data so you can verify the health of every component we depend on. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, OpenAI, Cloudflare, etc.) and major incidents may make parts of the service temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from such interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

GPTSignal provides its services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTSignal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Optimisation deliverables are team-supervised recommendations, not guarantees. Acting on a recommendation does not guarantee that any specific AI assistant will recommend your brand, that any specific signal will improve, or that any specific revenue outcome will follow. AI engines update their indices, weights and answer policies without notice. You are responsible for evaluating each recommendation and integrating it into your own marketing, content and technical practice.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted in line with the retention policy in our Data Processing Agreement, subject to any legal retention requirements (tax records, anti-fraud investigations, etc.).

GPTSignal may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. Certain provisions of these Terms — Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law — survive termination.

11. Privacy & data protection

GPTSignal is committed to protecting your personal data. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws, as set out in detail in our Data Processing Agreement and Cookie Policy.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, or follow the Data Deletion procedure.

12. Changes to these Terms

GPTSignal reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes (anything that affects your obligations, our liability, billing terms or data handling) will be communicated through one or more of: an in-app banner, an email to the address on file, or a prominent notice on the website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, the registered jurisdiction of ULTEH LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, GPTSignal encourages you to contact us at [email protected] first to seek a friendly resolution before pursuing formal legal action. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation, arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, depending on the nature of the claim.

14. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that reflects the original intent of the parties as closely as the law permits.

These Terms, together with the Data Processing Agreement, the Cookie Policy and the Data Deletion procedure, constitute the entire agreement between you and GPTSignal regarding the use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.

15. Contact

For any question, dispute or formal notice related to these Terms, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Terms of Service Inquiry”. We respond to all formal notices within five business days.
